Тема: Help with Shipping Issue
I sold a big ticket item and purchased 2-3 day Priority Mail with signature conformation through Amazon. I received a message today from the buyer that the item hasn't been delivered (over 10 days after the item was shipped) the tracking status information states "minor damage, delivery attempt" on the 9th of this month but no other information or update is given. Can anyone please give some advice on how to proceed with this situation?
I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
